Wordle-Squared merges the elements of Wordle and Crossword, presenting players with Wordle clues that must be used to fill in a crossword grid. Each Wordle clue provides hints about specific words to be placed in the grid. The objective is to accurately place the words based on the given clues, ensuring that they fit both horizontally and vertically to form a complete crossword puzzle.
- Click on a grid space to select a word, and then click again to toggle between words that go up and down and words that go left and right. To figure out all of the letters on the grid, you have 9 guesses for each cell. As you guess, you'll discover how well each letter fits within the grid:
Green: The letter is right. In the answer, this square is shown.
Yellow: Even though the letter isn't in this spot, it's still hidden in both words that have this cell.
Gray: There is no letter in this vertical word or column word.
