Statele is an exciting geography-based game that puts your knowledge of U.S. states to the test. Inspired by Wordle, Statele challenges players to guess the target state in just six attempts. Each guest is met with valuable feedback, including the distance, direction, and proximity to the correct state. With Statele, you can have fun while learning about the geography of the United States.
How to play
- In Statele, players get six tries to correctly identify the target U.S. state's name. The game offers feedback following each guess to aid players in determining the proper condition. Three essential pieces of information are provided in the feedback:
- Distance: The game tells you how many kilometers separate your guess from the target state.
- Direction: The target state's relative location to your prediction is also given, as well as the direction.
- In terms of proximity, the game shows you what percentage of the target state your prediction is closest to.
- As an illustration, the feedback would read, "NEW MEXICO is 975 miles from the target state, which is in the northeast direction, and you have only 66% proximity since it's so far."
- The game keeps giving you feedback as you continue to guess, guiding you toward the right state. "Second guess MICHIGAN is close! ", for instance. West direction, 470 kilometers away, and 83% accurate!"
