About Octordle

Octordle is an engaging word game that tests your vocabulary, creativity, and strategic thinking. Whether playing with a group of friends or as a solo challenge, Octordle offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your word-guessing skills.

How to play

  • Players of OCTORDLE have one round to complete a board with eight grids. In a nutshell, it's similar to playing eight Wordle games at once. The color cues will help you choose the secret words correctly.
  • The letter is not in the word, as indicated by the gray color.
  • Although the letter is in the word, the yellow shows that you have positioned it incorrectly.
  • The letter is in the word and has been put precisely if it is colored green.
  • Because you have to manage eight grids at once, the color is initially overpowering. You are unlikely to see an instance when every letter in every grid turns gray, though. After each guess, you might therefore think of more speculative hypotheses.

Count Score In Octordle

OCTORDLE displays player scores by picturing them beneath the clock and number emojis. For instance:

 - The "8" in the number emoji indicates that the player needed eight guesses to discover the answer.

 - The term "eleven guesses" is denoted by the clock's "11 o'clock" emoji. Because there aren't any emojis for two-digit numbers, the developer uses the clock emoji instead. The use of 13 guesses is indicated by the "1 o'clock" emoji.

 - Whenever a word is missed, a red block will appear. The red emoji will raise your score by 14 points.

 - You can see from Octordle's point-calculating algorithm that your play is more remarkable the fewer points you receive.

Octordle Game Modes

 1. Daily Mode

Any Wordle-like game that adheres to the original gameplay must have a daily mode. In daily mode, you will receive eight unique secret words each day. After then, you won't get another eight words until the next day.

2. Sequence Mode

Players using the sequence mode are not given hints from all eight grids; instead, they are required to solve the grid on their own. Only once you correctly solve the preceding grid will the next one become visible. In this mode, you will get fifteen guesses.

3. Rescue Mode

You will receive four randomly selected words from the system. It is your goal to solve all eight grids in nine tries.

4. Challenge Mode

The challenge mode is sometimes referred to as the theme mode by gamers. That is to say, the challenge mode will compel the player to concentrate on a single word or group of words. Words relating to chemistry, dogs, countries, etc. are a few examples.

 5. Casual Mode

The casual option is typically for gamers who wish to practice their word source without worrying about scoring well or running out of guesses. You can play in casual mode or stop when you've figured out all the secret words.
