Gordle offers two main types of word puzzles:

1. Permutation Puzzles (Inversion Puzzles): These puzzles task players with identifying precise solutions for predetermined words. The objective is to deduce the modifications made to a word and understand why these changes led to the word being described in a specific way. For example, if presented with the problem "GORGLED - A phrase used to indicate anything that has undergone thorough testing and revision yet still remains inadequate," you must ascertain the modifications made to the word "GORGLED" to match the description.

2. Anagram Puzzles (Jumbled Word Puzzles): In these puzzles, a group of letters is arranged in a way that, when read backward or in a different order, creates a new word or phrase (reversed). For example, you might be tasked with completing the phrase "GORBLE" to form "GOREBLESTORE."

How to play Gordle:

Playing Gordle is a straightforward process:

1. Start by entering a five-letter word that you believe fits the pattern or completes the puzzle.

2. As you input letters, the color of the box changes to provide feedback:

   • Green: Indicates that the letter is correct and in the right position.
   • Yellow: Signifies that the letter is correct but in the wrong position.
   • Gray: Indicates that the letter is incorrect.

3. Utilize Gordle's method to make five to six attempts to correctly guess the word that matches the pattern or completes the puzzle.

4. Once you've completed your attempts, review your work by clicking "OK."
